Elite marks the entry point to the Classic Collection with a disciplined construction that emphasizes timeless craft: two fillings, one spring layer, and the foundational techniques that define every Vispring built in Plymouth. The sleep surface is upholstered on both sides with bonded Platinum Certified British fleece wool and cotton—a 1,350gsm layer that sits directly against the ticking—naturally hygroscopic wool drawing moisture away from the body to keep the surface dry through temperature shifts all night.

Beneath, a second layer blends Platinum Certified British fleece wool and cotton to add depth without introducing synthetics. The spring system features 1,716 hand-nested vanadium steel pocket springs in a King size, each encased in breathable calico cotton so every spring responds to localised weight independently. A wool-bordered perimeter with two rows of hand side-stitching firms the edge and extends the usable sleep surface, while hand-tufting with felt washers anchors fillings at regular intervals to prevent shifting or uneven compression over time.
